We are so excited you are considering the Landmark Inn for your wedding! Hundreds of
couples have chosen the Landmark for its intimacy and unique charm. We hope you will too.
Here are a few things to note as you plan your big day.
To determine which package is the best for you, first determine how many people will
be celebrating with you.
All wedding packages require a minimum of rooms to be booked.
All rooms booked must be booked for 2 nights minimum.
To ensure your wedding day is perfect, wedding packages are available only during
the following dates:
Bridal Party Prep All Year
Elopement and Petite Wedding Packages 11/1 4/30
Intimate Wedding Package 10/31- 5/31
The Big Day Package 9/1 6/30
Cancellation Policy
The Bridal Party Prep, Petite Wedding Package and Intimate Wedding Package are all
subject to our 45 day cancellation policy (See Wedding Block Policies for details).
The Big Day Wedding Package is subject to a 120 day cancellation policy
Planning your day
The Landmark Inn is not responsible for planning the ceremony, scheduling the
officiant or other related details beyond the package descriptions unless specifically
itemized in our contract.
We are happy to provide a list of local resources to help you plan your day.
All packages require a refundable security deposit
The Big Day package requires the purchase of “wedding event liability insurance.”
Available online at approx $125.
Bridal Party Prep Available all year
For those getting married off-site only
- A minimum of five rooms @ two nights
- The use of Inn and grounds for photography, video, cosmetics, and hairdressing.
- A full gourmet breakfast for room guests each morning.
- Keepsake Landmark Inn Christmas ornament

Cost $650 plus room rate, $250 refundable

Just you, your betrothed and an officiant
- A minimum of one room of your choice @ 2 nights

- The use of the Landmark Inn and grounds for your ceremony
- Innkeeper will serve as witness, as needed.
- A full gourmet breakfast for room guests each morning
- A keepsake Landmark Inn Christmas ornament for the bride and groom to
remember their special wedding day
- Mantelpiece flower arrangement
- Special wedding cupcakes (9)
- Mimosas for breakfast toast or immediately following ceremony
- Housekeeping gratuity
Cost: $650.00 plus room rate
Petite Wedding Package: Available 11/1 4/30
You, your betrothed, an officiant and a few loved ones.
- A minimum of three rooms of your choice @ 2 nights
- The use of Inn and grounds for photography, video, cosmetics hairdressing
- The use of the Landmark Inn and grounds for your ceremony
- Champagne (or Mimosa) toast after ceremony
- Chef-prepared private celebratory breakfast with your guests before or after the
ceremony
- A full gourmet breakfast for room guests on additional morning(s)
- Landmark Inn Christmas ornament as a keepsake
- Mantelpiece flower arrangement
- Special wedding cupcakes (24)
- Housekeeping gratuity
Cost: $1550 plus room rate and $250 refundable damage deposit
Intimate Wedding Package: Available 9/1 - 5/31
You, your betrothed, an officiant and lots of friends.
- A minimum of five rooms of your choice @2 nights
- The use of Inn and grounds for photography, video, cosmetics and hairdressing.
- The use of the Landmark Inn and grounds for your ceremony
- Champagne (or Mimosa) toast after ceremony
- Chef-prepared private breakfast for you and your guests before or after the
ceremony
- Champagne and house-made truffles in your room on your wedding night
- A full gourmet breakfast for room guests on additional morning(s)
- His and Her Landmark Inn Robes as keepsakes for bride and groom
- Mantelpiece flower arrangement
- Special wedding cupcakes
- Housekeeping gratuity
Cost: $1850 plus room rate and $500 refundable damage deposit.
The Big Day Package: Available 9/1 6/30
- You must rent the whole house - A minimum of 11 rooms @ 2 nights
- Private use of all common areas including porches and backyard
- Private use of commercial kitchen and exquisite dining room for catered dinner
(Limited access, dinner not included)(You must choose from our recommended
caterers)
- Private use of the Landmark Inn and grounds for your ceremony
- Floral arrangements for the alter
- Champagne (or Mimosa) toast after ceremony
- Private use of grounds and building for photography, video, hairdresser, cosmetics
- Private after-ceremony brunch Chef-prepared you choose the menu from
our delicious selections
- A full gourmet breakfast for room guests on additional morning(s)
- Champagne and house-made truffles to enjoy in your room on your wedding night
- His and Her Landmark Inn Robes as keepsakes
- Housekeeping gratuity
Cost: $2,950 plus room rate and $500 refundable damage deposit
Bridal parties and families that rent the entire inn but do not purchase the Big Day package
may also use the kitchen/dining room for a catered rehearsal dinner at an additional cost of
$400 for set up and clean up. (Dinner not included) (You must choose from our recommended
caterers)
For the comfort of all guests, the dining room and kitchen are not available for catered events
to partial house wedding parties.
Below you will find our wedding block policies. Please note that these policies apply whether
you are getting married at the Landmark Inn or getting married off-site and holding a block
of rooms for your guests.
Wedding Block Policies
Minimum Room Count
All wedding packages require a certain minimum room count. You will be signing a contract
guaranteeing the payment for those rooms even if your guests cannot, for any reason, attend.
Rooms booked above the minimum for your package will not require your guarantee in the
contract but are subject to our wedding block cancellation policies
Payment
A 50% deposit for room rate is due upon booking.
The remaining 50% (plus tax) of room rate is due 45 days before your event. How this often
works is the bride/groom place the initial deposit, then guests that you are assigning to the
house call to make their reservations. We charge them a deposit as well. At the end (when all
rooms are booked by guests and all accounts are settled) we refund your balance.
Package fees and refundable security deposit (where required) are due 60 days before your
event.
Refundable Security Deposit
A $250 -$500 refundable security deposit is required on all wedding packages except
Elopement.
Wedding Event Liability Insurance The Big Day Package and whole-house rental
w/caterer only
For your protection and the protection of The Landmark Inn, event liability insurance in the
amount of $1,000,000 is required for The Big Day package. This insurance is readily available
online at sites such as www.wedsure.com Cost is generally less than $125. We receive no
commission or referral compensation for this insurance.
You must present us with a certificate of insurance naming 30-30 Hospitality Group, Inc. dba
The Landmark Inn as additional insured.
Certificate of Insurance is due 60 days before your event.
